Social Media Art Director

YOUR TASKS

• responsibility for projects in cooperation with the Account Manager and Creative Director
• independent quality control and coordination of projects - from conception to finalization
• holistic design - from conceptual brainstorming and derivation to fine concept and operative elaboration
• Visualization of ideas and concepts
• preparation of customer presentations
• independent work incl. leadership and guidance of members from the design teams
• Integration of creative and client-relevant conceptual impulses beyond project work
• Contributing new initiatives and ideas, researching and developing strategies for new channels such as TikTok, etc.
• Produce progressive and creative social media concepts from ideation to final implementation
• Monitor trends in digital and social media technologies and social platforms 

• Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing creative social media projects (agency or brand side)
• Outstanding understanding of digital media, social trends and their business context
• At least five years of practical experience as a designer
• Eye for modern content with high aesthetic standards
• Very high affinity for fashion and solid experience in this field, as well as knowledge of the network of fashion influencers and TikTok creators 
• Content creation skills are a plus 
• Ability to lead others in the areas of social media and digital storytelling
• Independent and reliable work ethic
