With “A Craftmanships Diary”, the premium brand WMF presents personalities whose DNA focuses on craft & tradition. Interpreted in a modern way and transported into the current “Zeitgeist”, the focus is on people who embody “creating” as a process of value creation and passion.
The focus of this story is Philipp Jüngling. After his time as a chef with Holger Stromberg, he had various stations, including Switzerland, where he was head chef in a 5-star hotel at the age of 21, and eventually ended up with Tim Mälzer in Hamburg. Today Philipp is chef and owner of USAGI in Munich, where he offers Japanese Izakaya cuisine.
